Assisted Rides

The Assisted Rides program works to fill the transportation gap currently faced by disabled individuals 21 and older  and individuals 60 and older.  The program helps enhance quality of life by enabling them to obtain needed services.

Assisted Rides is a volunteer-driven transportation program that provides non-emergency rides to:

  • Doctor’s offices
  • Grocery stores
  • Pharmacies
  • Human service agencies
  • Social activities
  • And more

The Assisted Rides program needs both riders and volunteers to be successful.  If interested in giving or receiving a ride, please contact the Mobility Manager, Trina Cason, at (843) 436-2110.
