Notice for Public Comment – WRCOG Amendments to the Rural 2015-2031 TIP

Waccamaw Regional Council of Governments (WRCOG) will consider amendments to the rural 2015-2031 Transportation Improvement Program (TIP).  The WRCOG’s TIP is a program that identifies and prioritizes transportation projects for funding within the rural areas of Georgetown and Horry counties, and the entirety of Williamsburg County.  The TIP will encompass fiscal years 2015 through 2031.

The original and proposed TIP are available at Waccamaw Regional Council of Governments and on the web at www.wrcog.org .

A series of Public Meetings will be held on January 27 and January 28.  They will be followed by a meeting of the WRCOG Board of Directors.  There will be opportunities for the public to comment on the amended TIP at the following times and locations below:

Wednesday, January 27  

3:30 pm     Horry County Government and Justice Center, Room C, 1301 Second Avenue, Conway, SC

Thursday, January 28   

10:00 am   Williamsburg County Public Service Administration, 201 West Main Street, Kingstree, SC

2:00 pm     Waccamaw Regional Council of Governments, 1230 Highmarket Street, Georgetown, SC
