Waccamaw Regional Council of Governments seeks proposals from firms qualified to provide Older Americans Act meal services in its three-county region. This region includes Horry Georgetown and Williamsburg Counties, all in South Carolina. The primary purpose of this program is to fulfill the requirements of the Older Americans Act, as amended in 2020, by providing nutritionally balanced meals to strategically located centers that provide meals and socialization to eligible individuals.

The purpose of this solicitation is to acquire Older Americans Act and/or State funded services in full compliance with all applicable Federal, State and Local requirements. Contractor(s) and the services provided must also be in compliance with the applicable specifications and conditions described in this solicitation.
The proposal MUST be received by the Waccamaw Regional Council of Governments by Wednesday, May 1, 2024 at 2 PM EST. Any proposal received after the deadline will be deemed non-responsive.
