HOME Consortium Consolidated Annual performance and Evaluation Report: The Waccamaw Regional Council of Governments HOME Consortium program has collected and reported on the outcomes and performance of the area’s HOME Reinvestment Act grant funding for the counties of Georgetown, Horry, and Williamsburg.
