Workforce On-the-Job Contract Developer/Writer: The Waccamaw Regional Council of Governments (WRCOG) is seeking a Workforce On-the-Job Contract Developer/Writer for its Workforce Investment Act (WIA) program serving Georgetown, Horry, and Williamsburg Counties. The primary responsibility of this position is to work with local employers and to serve as the liaison between the state, employers and dislocated workers in the region. The incumbent reports to the Director of Center Operations & WIA Programming. Bachelor degree from an accredited college or university and 2 years of workforce or economic development experience.
